His Professional Cooking and Baking Course is from “Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo das Olaias”, where he was distinguished as the best student with an average grade of 15.70/20 points.
Finalist of the National Contest “Chefe Cozinheiro do Ano 2003”.
Before joining Royale’s team he worked, since 2001, as Chef in the 5 star Hotel Altis, in Lisbon.
