THE PRODUCTS

 

 

The organic and homemade products are those who immediately stand out. “Everybody asks how the bread is made and try to buy it”.
The baking is all made in the café, as well as the scones, the juices and the tea mixtures like “the love tea” and “autumn tea” or “spring tea” which changes by season.
The menu is changing all the time except the “Poppy seed cake”, the scones, the “Parfait of chocolate” and the chocolate muffins which are the clientele’s favourites and the state of the art of Royale’s.

 

ORGANIC FOOD
   Organic agriculture is cultivated without synthetic dressings,
   pesticides, ogm and with rotations of cultures that promote the balance    of natural ecosystems and the biological cycles, thus allowing foods
    to keep all the nutrients.

 

 

SPELT BREAD
   Spelt bread is made with backferment bread – Natural yeast without    chemistries and additives. Spelt is the original wild wheat that existed
   in Europe before the agricultural revolution. Contains the 8 essential
   A.A.  for the human being. The grains of spelt are grinded in millstones,
   keeping all the nutritional properties on the rind and on the marrow
   of the cereal.

 

BARLEY AND RYE BREAD
   Barley and rye bread is made with backferment bread – Natural yeast    without chemistries and additives. Barley and rye are a very tasteful    combination and easy digestion. They are both rich in silica
   and potassium.
   The grains of Barley and rye are grinded in millstones, keeping all
   the nutritional properties on the rind and on the marrow of the cereal.

 

MINIROYALE BREAD
   Bread of wheat with oatmeal, seeds of sunflower and sesame seeds.
